This Privacy Policy explains how Axios Productions handles information in Tiny Life (the "App"). We care about your privacy, and we've designed the App to collect as little information as possible.

Overview

Tiny Life is a general‑audience game. We designed it to work with minimal data: most information stays on your device, we do not serve advertising, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell or share your personal information.

Information We Collect

We only collect what's needed for the App to work:

• Game progress and settings — your characters, items, and preferences, stored on the device and (if you enable it) backed up so progress can be restored.
• Purchase confirmations — when a subscription or in‑app purchase is made, Apple tells us what was purchased and whether it succeeded. We never receive or store payment or billing details — Apple handles all of that.
• Limited technical data — basic, non‑personal information such as device type, operating system version, language, and crash logs, used only to keep the App working and fix problems. This is not used to identify or track you.

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, precise location, photos, or microphone/camera data.

How We Use Information

• To save and restore your game progress.
• To process subscriptions and in‑app purchases through Apple.
• To fix crashes and improve the App's performance and gameplay.

What We Do NOT Do

• We do not show third‑party ads.
• We do not track users across other apps or websites.
• We do not sell or rent personal information.

Children's Privacy

Tiny Life is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email below and we will delete it. Purchases are controlled by the device account holder — see below.
